The Three “P’s” of Success

Good morning friends! 

This morning I overslept and got off my normal morning routine. As my morning continues to be out of sync I am reminded of how much my routine matters.

You cannot just “wish” your way to a healthy breakfast or “hope” you will get a workout in sometime today.

Every single day you must PURPOSE to make these positive changes in your life.

Then you must create a PLAN to succeed.

Once you have your plan you need to stay on the PATH.

Just like you didn’t wake up one day tired and unhealthy, you won’t wake up fit and healthy. You got to this point in your life because of your habits and routines (good or bad).

Take a minute today and write down three reasons WHY you want to get healthier.
